You must present a valid driver’s license. The expiration date of the driver’s license must be after the return date indicated in the rental contract.

The car must be returned with the same fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the amount will be charged, without any refueling or fuel service fee. In case of theft of the vehicle, you must contact the Hola Cars office. You must also provide a copy of the theft report filed with the police within two business days, along with the key and vehicle papers, unless these were stolen.

  1. As the renter and driver, you should pay attention to the following after an accident, fire, theft, or other damage:
    1.1 Notify the police and Hola Cars immediately. This also applies to self-caused accidents without third-party involvement or if there is damage to objects, such as walls, guardrails, fences, hedges, etc.
  2. 2. Prepare a written accident/damage report. You will find a form for this in the vehicle documentation. The accident or damage report must include, in particular, the name and address of the persons involved and witnesses, as well as the license plates of the vehicles involved and the responsible police station and police file number. Additionally, a sketch of the accident should be made. Present the accident report and sketch to the Hola Cars staff. Even in the case of minor damages, such as scratches, you are required to prepare a written accident report and sketch and deliver them to the office. If you do not create an accident report, this may constitute a breach of your contractual obligations.

If you are fined during your rental, you will receive a notification of the fine from the sanctioning body, which you must pay.
